16/16 checkable references clean · checked 2026-08-27

Every reference with a DOI in the deposited reference list resolved to a known work in Crossref or DataCite at the dated check, and none carried a retraction, withdrawal, or removal notice.

53 without a DOI — not checked. A reference deposited without a DOI is never matched by title or guessed at; it stays outside the checked set, and this line discloses that.

Complementary Relationships Between Enterprise Reform and Reforms in Other Fields

In searching for a suitable model of corporate governance, this article has investigated the problems of the Chinese enterprise system and discussed the experiences of other systems. In doing so, a clear picture of corporate development in China has emerged. This may give some credibility for the proposed model. However, a corporate governance system is shaped not only by theoretical rationality, but also by the economic, historical, cultural and legal situations of the system in which it operates. Hence, the rationality of the proposed model needs to be tested against these factors. FOOTNOTES: n1 At the eve of the economic reform, the state owned enterprises counted for 83.2% of the industrial GDP and collective owned enterprises accounted for 16.8%. What this badge says. CiteStamped means the CHECKABLE references of this work were clean at the dated check: each resolved to a known work in a public registry, and none carried a retraction notice at that time. It says nothing about the quality, findings, or importance of the work itself, and nothing about references deposited without a DOI.
