Not trial-free, not 10-checks-then-pay free. The citation-health check is unlimited, needs no account, and runs in your browser — there is no account to meter it against, and the check never sends us your bibliography. It stays free inside the Word, Overleaf and Zotero panels too, and so does the watchlist: add any paper by hand and it is re-checked daily for new retractions. Free and Pro flag the same retractions — Pro just does it while you write. Pro exists for people who write in those editors, for programs that lean on the graph API, and for anyone who wants an independent citation graph to keep existing.
